NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SALES POSITION

Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing new direct business and building client relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospect and develop new business.

  • Provide superior customer service to clients.

  • Manage and achieve assigned budget.

  • Manage all aspects of client relationships including contracts, billing and collections.            

  • Liaise with traffic, promotions, creative & financial departments.

  • Develop new revenue streams from unassigned accounts

  • Ongoing awareness of our customers’ day to day challenges

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • High level of initiative/self motivation

  • Goal-oriented

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

  • An ability to determine client marketing goals and needs

  • Aptitude and ability to absorb and apply analytical data

  • Computer literate – working knowledge of word-processing

  • Conceptual, creative thinker and problem solver

  • Must enjoy fast paced work environment that is based on team and individual effort

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales.

  • A valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation

  • A positive, friendly manner and customer service approach
